Our Response to COVID-19

Dear Valued Customer,

We recognize with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for us all. A time, that for many, is filled with uncertainty. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.

I want you to know you have our commitment to continue providing you with the products and services on which you depend. Continental Disc Corporation’s top priority is the safety of our employees, customers, and business partners.

In response to the current situation, we have implemented our business continuity plan, which examines all areas of business operations at every site and have taken actions to ensure the continued service to our customer. Rest assured; we are prepared to serve you.

Globally, we have implemented policies and procedures to address safeguards for the health and well-being of our employees and for those with which they have contact. These policies follow the prescribed best practices from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We have made the decision to have employees in our offices around the world who can perform their jobs remotely, work from home until the current situation is resolved. We’ve also offered extended sick leave for our employees should they need it, and we’ve temporarily suspended non-essential business travel.

No organization is completely prepared for this type of situation. However, Continental Disc has built a global infrastructure of suppliers, manufacturers, and operations with redundancies to support a diverse and global client base. This structure has allowed us to keep our service and delivery times from being impacted for the foreseeable future.  These precautionary measures have been taken to help contain the spread of the virus, to support our employees, and ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customer, for the long-term. We remain vigilant in monitoring the situation in real time and agile in our response as conditions evolve.
