What does your job entail?
As an Inside Sales Coordinator I handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders and keep track of them. I am mainly responsible for German-speaking regions but also handle other Nations and assigned Reps from Europe, South Africa and Israel.

What is the biggest challenge of your job?
My biggest challenge is working through customers’ specifications to find the best technical solution for their application. CDC serves so many different industries that comprehensive knowledge is key for success.

What is the most rewarding thing about your job?
A satisfied customer, who is convinced to receive best service together with a high-quality product finally places his orders and stays in contact for future business.

What do you love about working at Continental Disc Corporation?
Working for CDC means being part of an international, familiar team. It is enriching to work with customers from various nations which requires cultural awareness, experience and a customer focused mind.
CDC offers continuing education in an excellent way by using different tools. Internal extensive knowledge is shared world-wide within the family, which always makes me feel comfortable and well supported.

Please explain a great customer experience you've had. 
Request came via Rep that a European customer had a platform shut down. We all worked together to make a same day red-ball possible – perfect service, highly appreciated by the customer who gave us opportunity for complete competitor change out.

What do you do in your free time?
End of 2013 my husband I and bought an old 40ft steel sailing vessel and refitted it. We had no sailing experience before but now we enjoy Ocean Sailing and learn from the best in The Hague. I like all outdoors activities and as an active-status NAUI Divemaster I love to scuba dive.
