Expand rupture disc specialty OEM customer base by cold prospecting and developing new customers, as well as maximizing existing OEM customer opportunities. Territorial responsibility includes South Central, Mountain and Pacific Regions.
What is the biggest challenge of your job?
Identifying and prospecting OEM’s who use rupture discs and develop an opportunity for a competitor change out
What is the most rewarding thing about your job?
Meeting new people and learning about the markets and unique application uses of rupture discs.

Please explain a great customer experience you've had.
A new customer placed an order that was originally scheduled for 30 working day delivery. Upon my arrival at customer’s location for a meeting, I was informed they had an emergency need for a partial shipment ASAP. Coordinated efforts with Inside sales and Production to accelerate delivery of full order to less than 15 working days.
