Liberty, Missouri - January 26, 2010 - Continental Disc Corporation and Groth Corporation appoint Steven L. Breid to the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In this role, he will be responsible for global sales and marketing activities for Continental Disc Corporation, Groth Corporation and LAMOT brand products. Breid will report to the President of Continental Disc Corporation and Groth Corporation, Dave Brown.

Breid began his career with Continental Disc Corporation and Groth Corporation in 2005and has spent that time in roles of increasing responsibilities including leading the sales organization in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, spearheading the company's global operations initiative and heading the company's IT-related sales and manufacturing projects and systems. Prior to joining Continental Disc Corporation and Groth Corporation, Breid was with Henkel Orbseal in Richmond, Missouri, a leader in the sealants and adhesives industry.
