CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

1.  Where are you from?
I grew up in Lawson, Missouri, which is also where I currently live. 

2.  How long have you worked at Continental Disc?
I've been at Continental Disc for 16 and a half years. 

3.  What is a typical day for you?
Responsible for inputting revenue generation entities into workspace terminals, and then producing physical copies of these entities to ensure all responsible departments obtain a copy - Product, Customer Service, Representatives and Engineering.

4.  Biggest challenge of your job?
Interruptions and revisions

5.  Most rewarding thing about it?
It is very rewarding to see the amount of orders I put through the system and feeling like I contributed to the success of the company. Getting the orders entered and into production in a timely manner helps with our customer satisfaction.

6. What do you love about working at Continental Disc Corporation?
The people!

7.  What are you doing in your free time?
My favorite thing to do is spend time with my grandchildren (9 of them!) I also love to travel with my husband on our motorcycle.
